Tuition fee payment extension application

Before requesting an extension please consider what steps you need to take should your application be refused. Extensions are only approved where you are able to provide evidence of the circumstances that are preventing you from making payment in accordance with the University's Terms and Conditions. Please provide as much detail as possible and attach any supporting evidence to corroborate your request. Failure to do this will result in the application being rejected.

The University has strict guidelines for payment of fees and approval for payment outside the normal timescales is only approved in exceptional circumstances. We will contact you with a decision within 2 weeks of receipt of this application.

An example of a proposed payment arrangement would be regular weekly or monthly payments of the debt. Please include all proposed instalments for the current academic year. The final payment must be made on or before the end of the teaching period for the current academic year.
