The Careers and Employability Centre will close at 5pm on Thursday, 23rd August for refurbishment and will reopen on Monday, 17th September.
During this time appointments will take place at either level 5, Owen (Student Support Services) or at Heart of the Campus - check UniHub for details. You can still contact us by phone and email as usual or call in to Student Support Services for help and advice.
Specialist Skills teams are based at The Skills Centre at both campus libraries. Together with the Assistive Technology team we help you develop skills and strategies to become more effective in your studies.
We offer weekly workshops and one-to-one tutorials, and are open to ideas for new topics. Here's a selection of what we are offering at the moment:

The University is piloting a new academic writing online feedback service called Studiosity. Submit a draft of an essay and receive written feedback within 24 hours. Studiosity is based in Australia but employ tutors in countries around the world.
