Once you've completed this you can book your support worker(s) either by contacting DSS or via our booking form (coming soon). Please note that any requests sent with less than 48 hours notice are unlikely to be booked. To avoid your support not being put into place please ensure you send us your bookings or any timetabling changes as soon as possible.
It is very important that you cancel any sessions that you cannot attend as soon as possible, and at least one full working day before the session.
If you cancel with less than one full working day's notice, or do not attend, you will be sent an email to find out the reason you could not attend. Please reply to the email within three working days. If you fail to attend two or more sessions without giving us one full working day's notice your support may be suspended.
