Applying for Graduation ceremony tickets

If you are potentially eligible to graduate this year, you will be notified in May of your ceremony date and time via the Graduation and Beyond screen in My Student Record.

If you pass your exams, you will then be able to apply for ceremony tickets once you have received your results and the awards have been ratified by the exam board. Again, this is done via My Student Record > Graduation and Beyond. Please note that you will not be able to apply for graduation ceremony tickets until you have received your results.

The deadline date for ticket applications is Friday 27th October 2017. Late bookings will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and may be subject to an additional late booking fee. It is also very likely you will not be seated with fellow graduates receiving the same award. Every student is guaranteed a minimum of three guest tickets, tickets are not sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
