Scanning and emailing on an All-in-One printer

The All-in-One printers have the facility to scan and send a copy of the document to an email address of your choice.

How to scan using an All-in-One printer

  1. Swipe your card to login
  2. Press Scan/Fax on the touch screen
  3. Press Email me
  4. Press the blue button to start the scan

* Settings you can change include colour / file type / resolution / single or double sided / multi page scans. Use the buttons across the bottom of the screen; the most popular ones have dedicated buttons, the rest are accessed via the Application button.
