How can I get help with IT?

Christmas and New Year opening hours

We will have 24/7 phone support over Christmas and New Year. Chat and email support will be available until about 4pm on the 22nd December. IT help points will close on the 18th December and re-open on Monday 15th January.


If you're in the library and need help with IT, you can use Chat for Help or ask at the library Helpdesk. Otherwise, please use one of the following:

Use Chat for help between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
This is also the best option to use if you are in a library and need help with IT.

City (Atrium)
Collegiate (Heart of the Campus)
Monday to Friday, 11am - 3pm.
By phone on 0114 225 3333 (press option 2) - available 24/7.
