How can I get help with IT?

If you're in the library and need help with IT, you can use Chat for Help or ask at the library Helpdesk. Otherwise, please use one of the following:

This is also the best option to use if you are in a library and need help with IT.
Wherever you are, we can connect to your computer to have a look at your problem with you.

Our phonelines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
