If you want to be fitter and healthier but you're unsure about the range of sports on offer, this is your chance to try something out.
Join other like-minded people at our beginner's sessions and take the first step towards a more active lifestyle. There's no pressure to be able to play, and you might even enjoy yourself!
With 'Try it out' you also receive one-to-one support from our trained mentors, so you're guaranteed to feel more motivated.
