You can access your results via My Student Record.

You must read the decisions recorded on your results very carefully. Make sure you understand your transcript - it is your responsibility to make sure you understand your results and act upon anything you are required to do with regard to your assessments.

Understanding your transcript

Your transcript shows your overall module results and assessment task results (e.g. coursework, examination).

You may also need to refer to information provided by your Faculty for more detailed assessment task information.

To read and understand your results transcript you must:

Read your overall module results and assessment task results together with the keys to module and assessment task grades
Refer to the key to the coding used on your transcript

Keys to module and assessment task grades

Your overall module results and assessment task results are shown on your transcript. The module outcomes listed below are based on the 2022/23 Standard Assessment Regulations.

Modules assessed in previous academic years may be subject to alternative regulations.

Pass	P	You have passed this module
	DP	You have passed this module following deferral
	RP	You have passed this module following referral
	CP	You have been awarded a compensated pass in this module
	PS	You have passed this module with a mark of 40-55
	ME	You have passed this module with merit with a mark of 56-69
	DN	You have passed this module with distinction with a mark of 70-100
Refer	R	You are referred and must be reassessed in this module. The referred tasks will be capped at the minimum pass mark following reassessment.
	DR	You are referred following deferral and must be reassessed in this module. The referred tasks will be capped at the minimum pass mark following reassessment.
	CR	You have a continued reassessment in this module. The referred tasks will be capped at the minimum pass mark following reassessment.
	AR	You have an additional referral in this module. The referred tasks will be capped at the minimum pass mark following reassessment.
	RM	You are referred in this module due to academic misconduct and must be reassessed. All tasks will be capped at the minimum pass mark following reassessment.
Refer/Defer	RD	You have a mixture of referred and deferred tasks in this module. The referred tasks will be capped at the minimum pass mark following reassessment. The deferred tasks will not be capped.
Defer	D	You are deferred and must be reassessed in this module.
	CD	You have a continued deferral and must be reassessed in this module.
	DA	You are deferred with attendance and must be reassessed in this module.
Fail	RF	You have failed this module following referral.
	FV	You have failed this module following referral as you have not made a valid attempt at one or more tasks.
	F2	You have failed this module twice and have no further opportunities to retake. Please seek advice from your faculty to discuss your options.
	FS	You have failed this module and have registered for your retake.
	FM	You have failed this module due to academic misconduct.
	FN	You have failed due to academic misconduct and cannot retake this module.
Decision Pending	DD	There is not enough information to decide the overall result for this module. Your faculty will tell you the result or inform you of any action required as soon as possible.
	MM	A mark is not yet available for this module. Your faculty will tell you the result or inform you of any action required as soon as possible.
	XN	A mark is not yet available for this module as you have an approved extension in one or more tasks.
	AM	Alleged academic misconduct. Your faculty will have explained this result to you. The University will investigate the allegation and you will receive a decision as soon as possible.

Withdrawn	WP	You have withdrawn from this module before completing all tasks.
Withdrawn	WT	You have temporarily withdrawn from this module.
Not Assessed	NA	This module is not assessed.
